Paradiso 37 Disney Springs Dinner Gluten Free Dairy Free Options
On our first night in town, we checked for last minute reservations and found that Paradiso 37 at Disney Springs was open. My oldest loves all Mexican foods, and the youngest likes Asian and American foods. The menu looked like it would hold something for everyone, so we went ahead.
We started with an appetizer of fried plantains, shrimp, and pico. It was said to be safe for our allergies. My oldest didn’t try it, and I was not impressed with this dish. It was ok, but not fresh or rich in flavor.
The kids loved the salsa and chips, and ended up eating every bit of that. I was not a big fan of their salsa. It had a sweetness to it that my savory taste buds were just not craving.
I opted for a grilled chicken sandwich on a gluten free bun, which is a rare meal item for me, and fries (also rare for me!) The results…not delightful! The chicken was pinkish and tough at the same time AND lacking in flavor. All in all, this was not a repeat meal for me.
Having said that, the gluten free enchiladas (which were not dairy free, as you can see by the cheese) were my daughter’s favorite meal of the trip!
