The Garden of Eating This is a produce dominated cookbook. It is a wonderful resource to begin a journey of eating gluten, dairy, and soy free as well as relying on healthy fruits, vegetables and pasture raised meats. For those new to the diet, this is a wonderful way to focus on many delicious foods that you can have, instead of focusing on those that you can't.
