Honey Dijon Pork Chops

(or chicken in place of pork)
  • 4 boneless chops - salt and pepper chops lightly
  • One medium onion sliced or chopped
  • Add Pork Chops to pan and fry on medium heat
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2 Cups gluten free dijon mustard
  • 1/4 C honey
  • 3 Tbspn stock (or water or white wine)
  • 1 Tbspn tapicoa flour

    Saute onion with 1 Tbspn olive oil until translucent. Add Pork Chops to pan and fry on medium heat. In separate bowl mix 2 cups dijon mustard GF, 1/4 Cup honey, 3 Tbsn stock (or water or white wine), 1 Tbsn tapioca flour. Whisk together. Keep turning pork chops. When chops are half done, add sauce and cook until finished (firm and no pink).
