Pork Roast with Peach Glaze

  • 2 lbs pork tenderloin
  • 1 Cup all fruit peach jam
  • 1-2 inches of fresh grated ginger
  • 1 onion
  • seasonings of choice

    Mix grated ginger and jam together. Put pork tenderloin in a pan and dump all fruit peach jam mixture on top. Bake 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes (or until done).
